Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for considering our online bookstore for your book purchases. We take pride in the quality of our books and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Below is our general return and exchange policy:

  1. Returns:

a. We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided the book is in its original condition and has not been used, marked, or damaged in any way. b. To initiate a return, please contact us via email or phone with your order details and reason for the return. c. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of returning the book to us. d. Once we receive the book and confirm that it is in its original condition, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

  1. Exchanges:

a. We accept exchanges within 30 days of purchase, provided the book is in its original condition and has not been used, marked, or damaged in any way. b. To initiate an exchange, please contact us via email or phone with your order details and the book you would like to exchange for. c. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of returning the book to us, as well as the cost of shipping the new book to the customer. d. Once we receive the book and confirm that it is in its original condition, we will ship the new book to the customer within 1-2 business days.

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for digital books or e-books. Also, if the book was damaged during shipping or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
